Can I purchase a domain without having a hosting provider yet?

You can register and purchase as many domain names as you'd like and choose to have them parked. To do so, while registering a domain name, select the "Parking" option. A temporary web page will be displayed while you start working on your site.
The temporary site will inform anyone passing by that this is the future location of your site. The temporary site will be activated 24 to 48 hours after you have completed the purchase.
