I want to switch from my current e-mail service provider to Helloyou Managed Mail. Can you help migrate my actual users?

Yes, our experts can help you migrate your existing mail users to Helloyou Managed Mail. The process runs as follows:
- You rent one or more Dedicated or Shared Mail Servers from us.
- You let us manage the DNS of the concerned domains.
- You send us a user list, e.g. user name and passwords of all mail users to migrate as an Excel spreadsheet.
- We then process your excel spreadsheet and create new user accounts on the new servers with the same settings.
- We now route on a DNS level all new mail to the new servers, e.g. we change the MX record from your old to your new servers.
- Finally we retrieve the existing mail from the old mailboxes and route it to the new mailboxes (this is usually done within 24 hours).
The fee for this procedure is $2.95 per migrated mailbox.
